Simran is an Indian filmmaker based in Toronto. She started her career as a Content Writer for 104.8 FM with renowned radio host RJ Rahul Makin. She graduated with an Honors Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Delhi University, India.

 

After an inclination towards the Film and Television industry,  she enrolled herself in the Advanced Filmmaking and Video Production program in Durham College, Ontario to polish her skills of writing short films.

 

After operating from India for a couple of years,  she is now operational in the Toronto Film and Television Industry. She has worked as as an Assistant Director and Lights & Camera Assistant in several short films and documentaries. Apart from being a crew member in indie films, Simran works as a Casting Agent for Toronto's top casting agencies and has provided great talent to Toronto Commercial industry.
